IF YOU HAVE A CLOSING PENDING:
If you have a closing pending with me, please make sure that you have your closing funds ready to bring to closing. You will need to bring "certified funds," which is a kind of check that you can obtain at your bank. In North Carolina, this is a requirement. The check needs to be made to "Lisa Logan, Trust Account." I will try to furnish you with the exact amount at least 24 hours prior to closing. This will be dependent on whether your lender has sent me your closing documents in a timely manner. The sooner I get the 'closing package' from the lender, the sooner I can calculate the exact funds you need to bring to closing. (Your lender will give you an estimate of what to bring well ahead of closing, if you should need an estimate weeks before closing.)

Please also make sure you have provided me with your new hazard insurance information for your new home by calling me or faxing me with your hazard insurance company's name and phone number.

DIRECTIONS TO THE LAW OFFICES OF LISA M. LOGAN:

From 1-40 Raleigh/Cary to Durham:
Take the Durham Freeway (Hwy 147) where it splits from I-40
Continue on Durham Freeway into Durham until you see Exit 12C (Duke Street)
Take Exit 12C -- you veer right at the top of the exit (it's one-way traffic on Duke Street)
Go to the 3rd traffic light and turn right onto Main Street
Go one block to the next traffic light (you will see the SouthBank Building on your left)
Go straight through the traffic light and immediately turn left into the parking lot that serves the SouthBank building. (If you miss the turn into the lot, just circle the building and turn into the lot on the other side -- there are two entrances to the lot.)
